| Data Submission Process / Work Flow |

| How is Work submitted to Chalex? |
| |
| Clients can submit work requests to Chalex via any of the following means: |

| Phone:Clients may always call our office numbers. |
| |
| E-mail:Clients may e-mail requests to projects@chalexsolutions.com. Once a client relationship is established, Chalex will assign a specific email address to our client . Example, our client is ABC corp, We will assign ABC a specific email address, abc@chalexsolutions.com. |

| FTP:Clients may submit projects directly to Chalex's server via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Our IT staff is available to assist clients in coordinating delivery through this channel. |

| How does Chalex Provide Quality Control? |
| |
| We put premium on quality of work. Every project we receive passes through a three-tiered quality control system. The work is not delivered to the client until it is reviewed by our highly experienced and trained Philippine-based managers. |

| How does Chalex deliver work to our clients? |
| |
| E-mail:Work can be delivered to our clients via E-mail. If we have the client's specific email address, the final work will be delivered to the said registered email address. |

| Fax:If and when requested, we can also deliver final work through facsimile. |
